The property owner or manager you work with uses Domana. It gives their property its own phone number and email address, so job details come from the property itself rather than from whichever person happened to be handling it that week.

Messages you receive are about scheduled work: what the job is, the address, the date and time, and sometimes a link to confirm or check in. When you reply, your answer goes to the owner or manager for approval like any other message. Nothing you send is acted on automatically.
