2. How Consent Is Collected

Domana is a property management platform that connects property owners and managers with service vendors (HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, etc.). Consent for SMS messaging is obtained as follows:

• A property manager adds a vendor to the Domana platform and enters the vendor's mobile phone number.
• By providing their phone number and agreeing to work with the property through Domana, vendors consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to scheduled service jobs.
• Consent is established through the service agreement between the property manager and the vendor prior to any messages being sent.

3. Types of Messages

Vendors receive transactional messages only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Each message contains:

• Service job details (type of work to be performed)
• Property address
• Scheduled date and time
• A secure link to view job details, confirm arrival, and mark completion

4. Message Frequency

Vendors receive one SMS per assigned service job. Message frequency varies based on the number of jobs scheduled by the property manager. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging cadence.

Vendors can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent. Vendors may also contact admin@domana.ai to request removal.
